Cultural Attractions
Your Community Doesn't Know What They're Missing.
Let's Change That.
Museums, zoos, botanical gardens, performing arts venues — the organizations that enrich communities deserve marketing as good as their programming. We help more guests discover you, unlock grant funding most organizations leave untouched, and build the digital presence your mission deserves.
Where We Focus
The Guest Journey Starts Before They Ever Arrive.
The first interaction most visitors have with your organization happens during a search — or increasingly, by asking ChatGPT or Google AI for recommendations. We make sure your organization is what they find.
- Up to $10,000/month in free Google search advertising for qualifying nonprofits
- Search visibility (SEO) so you appear when guests are actively looking
- AI discovery (GEO) so you show up in ChatGPT and Google AI recommendations
- Campaigns built around your actual events, programs, and membership goals
- Full grant compliance management — so you never risk losing access
Cultural organizations face unique challenges — seasonal demand, mission-driven audiences, and lean teams already stretched thin. We operate as a genuine capacity extension, not another thing to manage.
What We Build
Digital Discovery, From Search to AI
More guests discovering your organization — across every channel they use to find experiences like yours.
Google Ad Grants Management
We handle the full grant lifecycle — qualification, account setup, ongoing campaign management, and compliance monitoring — so your organization captures every dollar available and never risks losing access due to a policy violation.
Search Visibility (SEO)
Ensuring your attraction appears when guests search for relevant experiences — museums, things to do, family activities, historical sites. Organic visibility that compounds over time and reduces dependence on paid spend.
AI Discovery (GEO)
An emerging and critical channel — ensuring your organization appears when visitors ask ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, and AI-powered trip planners for recommendations. Generative Engine Optimization is where discoverability is heading.
Ticket Sales & Attendance Campaigns
Event-specific campaigns that drive attendance — from blockbuster exhibitions to recurring programming — with targeting that reaches visitors most likely to come, return, and bring others.
Membership Acquisition & Renewal
Targeted campaigns that convert casual visitors into members, and lifecycle email programs that improve renewal rates by staying connected throughout the membership year.
AI-Powered Guest Assistant
Intelligent visitor tools trained on your own content — exhibits, programs, FAQs, visitor information — so guests can get instant answers online. Built on approved organizational data, accurate and on-brand.
Case Study — Museum
Restoring a Suspended Grant. Then Building It Into a Visitor Discovery Engine.
The Challenge
When we began working with the a museum whose Google Ad Grant account had previously been suspended due to compliance issues. The program had become difficult to manage internally, and the museum was close to abandoning the grant entirely.
We audited the account, identified the compliance issues, rebuilt campaigns to meet Google Grant requirements, restored the account, and implemented ongoing monitoring. The grant has now remained active and fully compliant for nearly three years.
The Results
- 254K+ search impressions — people actively searching for history and museum experiences
- 40K+ website visits driven through the grant program
- 16% click-through rate — strong relevance between search intent and content
- 38% increase in overall website traffic
- 309% increase in paid search traffic
- 20% increase in organic search traffic
- 197% increase in traffic to museum store pages
Capacity Partner
Your Team Runs the Organization. We Relieve the Bandwidth Issues.
Most cultural organizations don't have a dedicated digital marketing team — they have a communications director and a development staff already stretched thin. We operate as a genuine capacity extension: doing the work, managing the channels, and reporting on what matters.
- Full campaign management — strategy, execution, and reporting
- Coordination with your team without adding to their workload
- Most clients have one point of contact and spend 1-2 hours per month with us
- Event marketing timelines built into your programming calendar
- Year-round strategy — not just campaign bursts around big exhibitions
Questions
Before We Talk
Common questions from cultural and nonprofit organizations considering a digital marketing partner.
To qualify, your organization needs to be a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit (or equivalent) with a functional website. Most museums, zoos, botanical gardens, aquariums, science centers, and performing arts organizations qualify. Government entities and hospitals typically don't. We'll tell you quickly in a strategy call whether you're eligible and what the setup process looks like.
Yes — and in many cases we've taken over accounts that were suspended or significantly underperforming. We stepped in, rebuilt it, and restored it to full standing. If your account is active but not spending, or if it has lapsed, we can assess and fix it.
It depends. If your organization is willing to invest in strategy and management services, and you haven't yet unlocked your Ad Grant, the economics can be compelling — you're essentially getting $120K/year in advertising funded by Google, managed by a senior team. We're transparent about our fees relative to the value we can create. If the numbers don't make sense for your situation, we'll tell you.
We're designed to operate as a capacity extension of a lean team — which means we handle the execution and keep your involvement to what matters: approvals, access to your programming calendar, and strategic alignment calls. Most of our cultural clients have a single point of contact on their side who spends 2–3 hours per month with us. We do the rest.
No — and anyone who does is either oversimplifying or overpromising. What we can speak to honestly are the results we've actually produced: the case study on this page is a real engagement, real numbers. We set clear goals at the start of every engagement, report transparently against them, and have direct conversations when something isn't working as expected. Our client retention speaks to that — we don't keep clients for 5+ years by hiding from hard numbers.
Let's find out what your organization is leaving on the table.
We'll tell you whether you qualify for the Ad Grant, where your search and AI visibility stands, and what a realistic program looks like — no commitment, no pitch.
